Terms of Service

Welcome to MAD. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MAD mobile application ("App"), designed for content creators to receive and manage paid content requests.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use MAD.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the MAD App. We verify your age by collecting your date of birth during account setup.

You are required to log in using your Twitter (X) account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. By using MAD, you also agree to comply with X's Terms of Service and community rules.

You may receive content requests through your MAD profile link. You can:

• Accept
• Decline
• Counter with new terms (price)

If you accept a request, you must:

• Post the requested content as requested by the specified deadline.
• Submit proof (a link to the post and optionally screenshots) via the App.

By submitting content in the App, you acknowledge and agree that if that content is approved, resulting in credit to your balance, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and verify your submitted content solely for the purposes of operating the MAD service, processing payments, and preventing fraud.

All content must comply with applicable advertising disclosure laws and X's requirements.

Failure to deliver within the deadline and rules may result in cancellation and loss of reward.

If the submitted content has been approved and is later deleted, MAD reserves the right to terminate your account and ban you from using the app.

• After you deliver and your content is verified
• Once approved or the window expires, funds are credited to your balance.
• A cash balance can be withdrawn as a payout
• MAD processes payouts through Stripe Connect Express accounts. By using MAD, you agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. U.S. users may need to provide tax information and may receive Form 1099.
• If you request account deletion, any pending funds in your balance will be forfeited.
• Transaction records may be retained up to 7 years to comply with tax and financial regulations.

You may not use MAD to distribute:

• Hate speech, threats, or harassment
• Fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content
• Nudity, pornography, or NSFW content (unless permitted by MAD policy)
• Attempts to manipulate account visibility, ranking, or status on X beyond what is allowed under X's Terms of Service

MAD may mediate disputes, but does not guarantee outcomes. All content disputes must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery verification.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms.

MAD is not liable for losses, missed payments, or content-related issues outside the platform.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept the new Terms.
